Project Brief
Watt Next Management was engaged via the building owners to salvage the fire order that was being managed by a builder at the time. The owners needed WNM to liaise closely with Council and the project design team that had already been engaged and then to oversee the fire upgrade works to close out the fire order.
These works included the upgrade works to the fire hydrant, sprinklers, fire hose reels and fire doors.
