Manage Council fire order on behalf of owner’s corporation. These works include the upgrade to the existing fire hydrant and pump set system. Upgrade works to the fire detection and alarm system and emergency lighting and exit signs. Upgrade to fire rating of the lift motor room and pump room. Upgrade of fire doors, and installation of new stair nosings to stair treads and landings.
