Fire safety upgrade works have been completed by engaged builder, Wynn Constructions.
Project Brief
Investigate AFSS (fire safety measures) ie, external sprinklers (drenchers) that no longer complied due to inadequate flow and pressure in the Sydney Water Main. Following this initial investigation, it was found that DTS (Deemed to Satisfy) fire shutters would be a viable compliant option to replace the existing drenchers. As part of these works there were a number of other existing fire safety non-compliances that needed to be brought up to current Building Code of Australia. This was done via the Development Application approval process.
