Project Brief

Manage Council fire order on behalf of owner’s corporation. These works included installation of a new fire hydrant system, upgrade works to the fire detection and alarm system, emergency lighting and exit signs, mechanical ventilation and air-conditioning, lift motor room, fire doors, fire upgrading to fire rate existing shafts, fire shutters and modifications to existing handrails and balustrades to fire stairs.
